I love having a toddler in the house, but sometimes I just don’t know what kind of activities will be good for him. He’s in a pre-preschool age, but I want to engage him in activities that encourage creativity and learning.
That’s where No Time for Flashcards comes in handy. This is a terrific site for ideas on what to do with preschoolers. Allie, the mom behind this site, is a former teacher. It shows in her posts; these ideas are fabulous!
In addition to activities for little ones, there are book suggestions and activities for school-aged children. Allie does a great job with step-by-step instructions for making the crafts work, too, which is immensely helpful for someone who is “creatively challenged” like myself.
I’ve used several of her ideas and John enjoyed them and I did, too, because I was prepared beforehand so I did not stress out. I highly recommend visiting this site! Thanks for all you do, Allie!
